2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and products are non-refundable once activated or delivered:

• Domain Registration: Domain names, once registered, cannot be refunded as they are purchased from third-party registrars on your behalf.
• Web Hosting: Hosting services, once activated, are non-refundable. However, unused hosting periods may be credited toward future services at our discretion.
• SSL Certificates: SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued and installed.
• Third-Party Licenses: Any third-party software, themes, or plugins purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
• SEO & Digital Marketing Services: Monthly SEO, social media marketing, and PPC management fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once work has commenced.
• Custom Design Work: If you have approved design mockups and development has started based on your approval, design fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation of Ongoing Services
